This is a sturdy, well built purse. It is wide at the bottom to hold more than a wallet and check book. It comes with 2 straps: One that matches the purse and is shorter, the other is long with a southwestern look and feel. You can change out the straps to fit your clothing style for the day. I anticipate this will hold up well. The southwestern metal and turquoise looking snap on the outside looks great and adds an extra closure for security. I liked this purse so much, that I ordered a second one. It is medium size, not small and hobo size as the description indicates. Perfect for what you need and those few extras. You can easily get in and out of it too. The material does not come up with the item you are reaching for. It is stiffer and strong so it won't collapse when you add your items to it. Definitely recommend.

Pros This is the perfect size for me. Looks really nice and I love the design of the guitar strap. Having the other strap is a bonus when you have to dress it up a bit. The gun metal hardware makes it look and feels more expensive. Cons: The zipper is good quality but it goes down into the purse which means you have to pull it up to zip it. A little annoying but not enough to deduct a star. Wish it came in a box instead of folded in an envelope. I had to stuff it tight with packing paper and leave it for a few days to try to get creases out. There are still slight creases but hopefully they will come out with longer use. Overall, I'm very happy with this and I'm picky about my purses. I've only had it a few weeks so can't speak of durability but it looks and feels sturdy and well made. Highly recommend.

It’s a beautiful purse but the inside is very slim. So if you fill it up it doesn’t seem to sit up well. I also don’t like that the big outside pocket is only held closed by the crossover snap. Otherwise it’s beautiful and well made. So I’m giving it 4 stars but returning it.

I love my new purse! It’s such a beautiful dark brown color, very well made! Not too big, not too small. Just perfect! Different pockets to organize the contents and very comfortable to carry. Great price for such a beautiful purse. I love the that you can wear it as a shoulder, or crossbody purse. Zipper is good quality.

Love the bag - the southwest look is nice and the color is great - very warm brown. But if you're looking for several compartments in the bag itself it doesn't have it. Just one drop in sleeve - but this I mean just one compartment to put your make up, comb, and wallet. It does have a pocket for a cell phone. It has outside pockets as well. So, in summary I like the bag.

I am obsessed with this new bag! I got the 001-Brown color with the 70s-look guitar strap. The purse is just the right size for every-day use. It doesn't add too much bulk when you wear it as a cross-body bag. The strap shortens and lengthens in a snap if you need to adjust it. LOVE the strap! Love the pockets, the little aged brass snap with the turquoise accent stone, the smooth high quality zipper. It's structured enough to stand up on its own. I wore it to a blues concert with an all-black dress and got lots of compliments on it. It is tricky to re-zip if you unzip it all the way. It takes two hands. So just don't unzip it all the way. I look forward to planning a bunch of simple outfits for it this fall: would be so cute with jeans and a white tee. P.S. changed from 5 to 3 stars. The bag lasted about month of infrequent use before the pleather strap anchor piece tore away from the bag. The stitching ripped out. Bag uis unusable and just beyond the 30-day return window. WAHHH!
