Just perfect if you have to get a urine sample from your cat.

Our cat has chronic renal disease resulting in failing kidneys. We test her urine every month through taking a sample to the vets. This system is ideal, you remove the traditional litter from her tray and clean it thoroughly, place this replacement (non-absorbent litter) into her tray, collect the urine with the supplied pipette and place it into the supplied bottle to take to the vet; the bottle has a secure closure and keeps the urine tightly contained. Great value and much cheaper than a similar product supplied by our vet and so I have ordered a few, which I do feel guilty about, however, washing and drying the beads is not the easiest thing to do, particularly drying them and so I wash them and place them into recycling :-( Great product and good value.

This little kit came with the pellets, a pipette and a small tube for you to put the sample in. It worked perfectly and I was able to collect samples for my vet fairly quickly. The pellets are easy to clean by putting them in a sieve and thoroughly rinsing, so they can be used again and again. My only complaint is the amount of pellets in one bag is not enough and I suggest you buy at least two.

Same product your vet will sell you at possibly higher price. Invaluable to keep at home with clean litter tray to save a urine sample for your vet to analyse for infections like cystitis. We have a cat who suffers from nervous cystitus so always have a packet handy.

Das Urinentnahmekit ist sehr einfach in der Anwendung. Das Streu in eine saubere Katzentoilette (es sollten mind. zwei Tüten sein). Die Katze macht ihr Geschäft das man, da es nicht im Streu verschwindet, sehr einfach mit der Pipette aufziehen kann. So viel zur Theorie. Beim ersten Mal hat alles geklappt. Beim zweiten Mal hat mein Tom überall hin seinen Urin verteilt, nur nicht in die Katzentoilette. Aber das liegt an meinem Tom und nicht an dem Urinentnahmekit. Das ist wirklich super und ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Super Produkt. Allerdings zu wenig. Ich hab gleich vier Pakete bestellt und eine neue Plastikwanne. Dann einfach abgewartet bis mein kleiner Tiger aufs Klo wollte. Wannen ausgetauscht, er hat’s sofort angenommen und rein gepieselt. Dank der Pipette konnte der Urin entnommen werden. Super!! Danach die Kügelchen gewaschen und getrocknet. Bis zum nächsten Mal 👍
