Excellent vacuum for tile floors. I was impressed with how quiet the vacuum is in maximum suction my cats for the first time never ran out of the room while vaccuming. Ive always preferred cordless vaccums but I went for this and very pleased with it. I love the bagless dust bin gives you that same convienence of a dyson, and it actually stores in a fairly small footprint due to the unit having an attachment to store the handle. I do wish they could implement an LED to highlight dust which is ever more frequent in newer units, but I am a happy customer

Loved this vacuum cleaner when it arrived. It’s a big workhorse and perfect for a large house. Incredibly disappointed that it has stopped working after a month! Not what is expected from a Miele product!

Initially ordered a Shark because it had slightly better reviews but sent it back when I saw how bulky and badly designed it was. When this arrived I was so happy - design is thought through from boxing to every detail on the hoover. It's compact and easy to use and it looks great. Only things I would improve are the main mouthpiece...it's a bit fat and won't fit under some of my furniture. Also the accessories are a bit faffy sitting next to the handle and often get knocked off. On my old Dyson they were on the actual body of the hoover. But these are minor complaints. In all i think this is a better machine than Dyson who no longer do corded regular units. The design and functionality is very important to me but the performance also seem very very good. It has 4 suction setting plus a vent on the handle which is good because it sucks on to carpets like crazy! It is also surprisingly quiet. In all a very good hoover at a reasonable price and a joy to use. Highly recommend!!

Takes some pushing on new carpet , think it needs a better glider ,decent work out though . Stylish , compact , lead could be a metre longer .

I ordered this to replace an old bagged miele vacuum. I've been using my new miele for over a month now and I love it! I'm so pleased that I'm not spending a fortune on bags now. Its maneuverability it great, it swivels a lot easier than my old one. The power is less than my old one due to changes in the law a few years ago but you wouldn't know with the great suction and performance of this bagless version. There are only 2 things that bother me slightly. 1 it needs a slightly longer power cable, they seemed to have stolen a few m's from the previous models and 2 it is just slightly too wide to sit on a stair whilst you vacuum the stairs so you have to hold it. Having said that I'm still thrilled with my new vacuum and these are just tiny gripes.

Was expected a lot more from Miele. The power cord is far too short compared to their bagged range and it's also quite awkward to change direction with it. It's also too easy to mistake the vacuum handle for the dust container one To top it all off, the power level switch is now stuck on full power and can't be altered. Overall, good suction but that's about it and I'll be going back to a bagged model.
