These work SO WELL! The recipe I was using had a lot of spread, but when I measured 3.5 oz of dough and placed it in the middle of these (placed on silicon mat), they turned out perfect! I did cut tiny strips of parchment that I secured inside the rings with a bit of butter. I tried one with just butter but the cookie was harder to get out and I didn't want to wait for it to cool completely because I needed to reuse the rings. I was also able to reuse the parchment strips for subsequent batches, so that worked nicely.

Perfect. Love the forms. The shape is so elegant for baking and tarts. Even great to take a sheet cake and cut it up to make the cake look more elegant.

I used these for cookies. They worked well with the stiffer cookie dough (like chocolate chip cookies). The rings kept the dough from spreading creating a thicker softer cookie. Cookies had to be fully cooled before removing from rings or the cookies broke when trying to remove the rings. Not sure if the holes help baking or not but they made the cookies harder to remove from the rings. After playing with these a little I think they will work for what I need. I will probably get more of these unless there is something better later such as a non-preforated or a 2.5 inch version.

They arrived well-packaged and were not deformed. They work well, I really like them, and the diameter and height match the description. I recommend these hoops.
