This is a great product, the ingredients are well thought out, I was on it for a week and I became itchy all over my body that did not go away, until I did a lot of thinking and eliminated this supplement and it confirmed that it must be the lumbrokinase component on the blend because the next day, I immediately stopped itching all over my body.I have taken Serrapeptase and nattokinase before as a blend as I am versed in what it’s benefits are, and without any side effects, particularly itching. As one reviewer has said lumbrokinase can cause itching for some. This is a great product, the blend will be fantastic for most, unfortunately it did not work for me.

I was worried about taking this but the pills are a great size easy to swallow, no aftertaste, the price is good, and I’m happy with my purchase.

This is a concoction of all 3 fibrinolytic enzymes: Lumbrokinase, Nattokinase & Serrapeptase. I have been taking these individually for a few years now and it is very handy to have them all-in-one in relatively high doses. Hence I call this the best of all worlds. You can Google the benefits of these and discover that there are many, particularly with heart health, which is what I mainly take it for.

I’ve compared similar products and this one gives the best value for money. The dosage is strong, the capsules are smooth to swallow, and I feel more energetic and less sluggish throughout the day. For the price, you really can’t beat the quality here.

I received this item by mistake. I did some research on it, however, and found it is derived from earthworms. A type of enzyme that breaks down fibrin, which is responsible for blood clotting. Generally, it is well-tolerated, but some individuals may experience mild gastrointestinal upset, such as nausea or diarrhea. More serious side effects are rare but can include allergic reactions, such as skin rash or itching. It is crucial to be aware of contraindications for lumbrokinase use. Individuals with known allergies to earthworms or other components of the supplement should avoid it. Additionally, those with bleeding disorders, such as hemophilia, or individuals currently on anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications, should use lumbrokinase with caution.
