Using it for the past 2 months now and the product is nicely made with good quality zippers and light weight also. The body does get scratches if it’s a lighter color but I feel the main motto is to keep the luggage safe

Replacement never came
I had received a defective product. Had ordered a replacement for the same, which never came. Now I am stuck with the defective unusable product as I can’t return it too. Pls help.
