Very bad experience with this bottle. After only 2 months it started to give me weird messages and suddenly it stopped producing the hydrogen

Th packaging is good, the product is lousy. It has no serial number. I have from Amazon the TDS&EC METER and compared it to IUHFSIFS WATER BOTTLE so the steam distilled water increasd every 3 minutes, but the lousy Piurify bottle never rose above 13 ppm on the Amazon TDS&EC METER were as the IUHFSIFS WATER BOTTLE created a milky mist evry 3 minutes, and I could taste hydrogen water, but taste steam distilled water on the lousy Piurify bottle. The 10 minute button does not work, the ppb readings were 1112 ppb, 1154 ppb. 5 plus 5 minutes should give you 4000 ppb. The built in ppb reading is a counter to fool you and mislead. A youtube review did not allow any comments because the company is a markting organisation. The product manual is excellent but the product is lousy.

Do not buy this device. I ordered mine to my parent‘s address. I picked it up 6 weeks later as I was unable to travel. The device is dead out of box. Cannot be charged. Low quality product with cheap components. Update: Piurify is unwilling to resolve the issue through customer service. Stay far away from that company! They use an AI customer service that keeps sending friendly responses that sound like the issue will be taken care of. However, nothing ever happens and you cannot reach a person. Fraud!

First thing I thought when I opened the box was “I’m impressed”. The presentation is nice, the plug-preservative filled with water was cool (another company I tried a different bottle with just sent me a bottle with a little water in the main part that spilled out), the bottle feels very sturdy and high quality… I tried it out right away and it took less than 5 minutes from unpacking to first use; very easy. The first cycle produced plenty of hydrogen per my home testing kit, with no leaks at all. The water itself also has a noticeable positive taste & effect, it’s not a placebo in my opinion. Also, I had an interaction with customer service with a previous product I purchased from them and they get an easy 5/5 from me based on how they treat their customers; well done and not a single regret!
