These are AMAZING. I suspected I would benefit from additional protein to power up my body, but didn't realize what an effect it would have until I started these. Within 2-3 days I started feeling SO much more energy, it's really great. I take 4 every morning with breakfast and have amazing energy most of the day now. I tried taking them in the late afternoon/evening, but have a hard time winding down for sleep, so cut back to just mornings, which works out fine. I've recommended these to many friends and wish I'd known about these years ago.

I really wanted to like these. The price was great and it had so many great amino acids in it. Everytime I'd take all four, within an hour after that I get very sluggish, which is the opposite effect I'd receive when taking amino acids in the past. Usually it gives me a clear mind, focus, and a push to go to work out, but this doesn't do that. I did noticed that there is Tryptophan in this which is what you take at night to go to sleep. It is a good amino acid, but not sure I'd put sleeping amino acids in this and market it as a work out supplement. This also has Soy which isn’t healthy and one of the side effects of Soy is tiredness, so it’s mind boggling to me that products are still using it. It makes no sense and they should be more aware of its effects since they’re creating the product. I'll continue my search on looking for a decent bottle of essential amino acids that have a substantial amount per capsule that you can feel the difference. There just isn't enough in this to warrant taking it. Better off with powders. I would come back to this brand if they consider revamping it and changing the formula. Remove all of those Soy additives and Whey, remove tryptophan and any other amino acid that makes someone sleepy, then up the milligrams for all of the amino acids, and pack it into 1-2 pills, rather than 4. Then I'll consider coming back to this product.

I started taking these to help combat muscle fatigue. I work in hotel housekeeping and typically put in nine hour shifts, constantly bending, lifting, pushing, and stretching. I've worked jobs that are worse on my body, but I know if I don't take care of myself I'll end up in the ground. I've taken a full bottle of this product over the course of a month, in the morning with a decent breakfast, and noticed that I'm not as sore when I go home. I stopped for a few days and the night time soreness is back. (I'm also taking potassium at night and a hydration replacer as I work. dehydration is a source of muscle fatigue too!) This is the first amino acid supplement I've tried and I'm going to try a few others before I circle back to this but, for the price this does what it needs to for me.
