I want to review this item and the company now that I have used the product a few times. Bought for international trips and cruises. Just returned from three weeks in Europe. The converter worked flawlessly. I also want to point out that I had an issue with one of the adapters. Janice in customer support was excellent. Sent me a replacement at no cost, way more than I expected as the product was purchased in 2022. I would certainly buy from this company again.

This set is built very well. The adapters fit great and are pretty much all you need for travel and work well. Lots of options for charging with the usb ports.

I travel internationally quite often, and this power adapter has been an absolute lifesaver. A friend recommended it, and I’m so glad I followed their advice. It not only converts 220V to 110V, but also allows me to charge multiple devices at once—including USB-powered ones—which is incredibly convenient when hotel outlets are limited. The variety of plug adapters included (US, AU, EU, UK, India, South Africa) makes it ideal for multi-country trips. I’ve used it across different regions without a hitch. It's a fantastic travel companion and a staple in my luggage. I've forgotten it on a couple of trips and realised how much I rely on this when I travel and what an asset it is. Not ideal for carrying around during the day, but perfect for hotel stays and charging everything overnight. I also use this locally as a backup extension cord when I'm facilitating meetings or conducting trainings. Pros: Converts voltage reliably Charges up to 7 devices at once (3 AC + 4 USB ports) Comes with multiple plug types for global use Durable and well-designed The long extension cord allows use across a room if an outlet has been badly placed It's a perfect extension cord for meetings and trainings Con: It's a bit bulky for everyday use—definitely not something can carry around in your handbag to use during meetings or day trips. It's a bit bulky and heavy Not 'convenient' to travel with as you will likely need an additional converter It has limited voltage, so you can't charge large items on it, for instance a hairdryer or tv or monitor to it

LONG STORY SHORT: Game changer. So great to have in Italy on our 9 day trip. The cord itself fits European plugs, and comes with all kinds of adapters for different countries/groups of countries. We could plug in our phones, headphones, portable fans, battery packs, etc. ALL AT ONCE...charge them overnight, and be good for the following day. PROS: -Plenty of plug options. 3 standard 3 prong outlets, and 4 USB-A ports. -Can turn it on and off. -Long Cord allows you to put it on a desk or nightstand. CONS: -NOT for use with Hair Dryers, Irons, Hair Straighteners, or even electric toothbrushes for some reason. -Makes a small noise, likely coming from an internal fan. Does not make the noise when it's off. -No labels. If you're not well traveled, you won't know which adapter is for what country(countries). Gotta figure that out on your own. -Wish it had USB-C. These days I have so many more USB-C cords than USB-A. If they had the same option with USB-C instead of A, I would have bought that one instead. CONCLUSION: It was perfect for us. With enough cords, you can charge 7 devices at once. Thankfully the places we stayed had Hair Dryers with European plugs for my wife to use. Other than that, total win.

We just returned from a trip to Portugal. Power adapter worked absolutely perfectly. It has three outlets that you can use, and several USB ports. It might be a little bulky for some, but it does excellent work on charging everything. It has several adapters for other countries besides the EU.

As I was planning my trip to the UK and Germany, I was researching converters. This one caught my eye since it had plugs for both the UK and Germany. First morning in the UK, I plugged my straightener in it. Wouldn’t work. True another plug. Still didn’t work. Tried the rest of the plug ins in the room, never worked. Very disappointed that not only did I waste money by purchasing this item but I had to go purchase hair tools that I was not planning on nor wanting to purchasing - hence why I purchased this item. I would recommend purchasing another converter and steer clear of this one!!

Didnt work at all from day 1 even if my item is only 45 Watt

Me quedaron muy mal con este producto, lo compre con 6 meses de anticipación al viaje que tenia programado a Europa, así que cuando lo conecte llegando al Hotel en España funciono como 3 minutos y después dejo de funcionar, y tuve que correr a comprar otro que me pudiera servir y mas caro, no tuve forma de probarlo en Mexico para hacer valido la garantía.
