If anybody is looking for a cost-effective really amazing bearing heater pick up this induction cooktop. It Heats large bearings like a champ and for little bearings you can make a gigantic steel washer to go over it with the little bearing in the middle. Beware it does a great job and I mean great so your bearings are going to be ready within seconds so be ready to deal with a hot bearing when you set it on the plate you have no time to prep.

Firstly, make sure that when you test this out you have a compatible cookware item on it (such as stainless steel pot). I tried testing this out with nothing on it and thought it was faulty. It wasn’t until the second one came and I realized it must be user error. (Instructions don’t really warn you, you just hear beeping until it turns itself off). The seller responded quickly, as well. It gets hot pretty quickly, and took about 5 minutes to boil on medium (not a full boil in 5 minutes but bubbles on the bottom and small ones coming up). Overall, it does what I bought it for.

I don’t want to give this a bad rating but also would like to share my experience. I bought this to keep a tea pot in my craft room since I spend so much time in there. I was hoping that it would keep it at a good temp to release steam and humidify as well as keep my tea water hot. However 500w is a lot to be running all the time for 5-6 hrs a day and cost too much to operate for my purposes. So great plate for cooking a meal but not for my teapot.

Fries fast, boiling and cooking with water, not so fast. But water takes a lot of energy to boil. You just have to plan it out and use the minimum of water. The temperature control could be better but ok. Works well on a small 500 watt inverter system.

It's a good stove for basic cooking but it's very hard to boil water not enough wattage but general cooking it's great

We purchased this item because it is smaller and wouldn't use up too much power but is added to our collection of items we can use when we lose electricity during a storm by plugging it into our solar generator.

Works well after a few weeks daily, been using it for my Moka coffee pot. Fan inside it seems a bit loud would get more stars if better fan was in it and maybe not so thick seems a bit bulky butvit does work.

I love this so much. Best purchase for my van build kitchen. Works from my power station and is so safe. With this I have become self sufficient inside in any weather!!
