Don't know abt glow, but it is ok product. It's oily & sticky, doesn't absorb well in skin ...like even after hours you can feel. In winters I have dry skin, so it worked as a moisturizer my face didn't felt dry. If you have oily skin, I don't think you won't be able to use it in summers. This was my second product from Hyphen. Have used its Pigmention serum it was much more better, very light weight & absorbs well in skin.
