Sauna Blanket worked very well to create a “sauna like” experience on your couch or chair or bed. With temp settings of 113, 122, 131, 140, 149, 158, 167, & 176 and timers of 30 - 60 with intervals of 5 minutes you have enough variables to keep it interesting. The highest heat settings are very warm and were rarely used but sometimes i would do a quick heat spike and then back off after 5 minutes. Great tool for heat training, muscle recovery and relaxation. Plain black color and a nice carrying bag make it portable and blend in l. I am 5’11” but I would say not ideal fit for anyone much taller if you want to be fully zipped up. I would sometimes leave it unzipped and keep feet and most of legs out and would allow myself to lie further inside the blanket getting my head covered as well. In this use I could see someone close to 7 feet tall being able to use this no problem. Very easy to use controls.

I’m very happy with this sauna blanket! I use it with Styx gel, and I can already see the results — my skin feels firmer, and my body is so relaxed. The blanket is high-quality, easy to use, heats up quickly, and provides deep warming. What I love most is that it works so much better than a regular sauna. In a traditional sauna, I can’t stay long because it feels hard to breathe, but with this blanket, I can breathe easily while my body relaxes completely. Amazing product, highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their health and beauty!

The idea of this product is nice. The actual execution, putting it together and using it is a lot more work than what I wanted and expected. Again the idea is fantastic, I think the zippers aren’t placed in the best way. They go down the left and right side of the blanket (along side of body) starting from neck to toes. If you’re alone, it’s quite hard to get inside the heat protecting bag, and then zip yourself all the way up. And if you want to sit during the session, that’s even more challenging to zip yourself up because the zipper gets stuck on creases. Quite annoying to me, especially after a long day at work. I almost thought it’d be easier if it was just one zipper down the middle. There was nothing wrong with it, worked well and I got some good sweat sessions, but the design itself wasn’t good enough for my liking.

I've used this unit twice so far, and I find it amazing. When I purchased it, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The first time, I set the temperature too low. I prefer around 130°F to 140°F, but I had to gradually work up to that temperature. Here’s what I experienced: 1. At first, my body temperature was uneven—my legs and chest felt cooler than my stomach. I could feel the heat being absorbed into the cooler areas first. 2. Over time, my body became a uniform temperature from my neck to my toes. I expected to feel like I was "cooking," but instead, something else happened. 3. I automatically entered a meditative state, somewhere between being awake and asleep. 4. I developed a light sweat. 5. After about an hour, I wanted to get out. I’m 6 feet tall and 290 lbs. While the blanket isn’t tight, it’s not as loose as being in bed. 6. My core remained warm throughout the night. 7. The next day at work, people joked that they should drug test me because I was so relaxed! I would definitely recommend this product. More expensive models are made of leather, but this one works great. One thing to note: when the timer expires, the controller shuts off the power. At first, I thought the unit was broken, but it worked fine the next day.
