Easy product, sturdy and quite thick compared to others. Does the job and good value

These mouth guards sadly did not mould well. They did change shape slightly but not enough for them to be used properly. I guess for the price that we paid, we couldn't expect too much.

Apparently, mind-reading is a prerequisite for using this product. the trays come with no instructions. The first set I placed into warm water shriveled up and were an absolute waste. The second set I tried were too small to wrap around a full set of adult teeth and back teeth are not covered. Don't think I'll be using these for teeth whitening :-(

The whole thing just clumped up into a weird plastic ball when I used it for the first time and had it submerged in warm water. I find they just don’t get reliable impressions, wouldn’t really recommend.
