I really wanted to use this as a set, and it seems a bit too trivial and waste to send back for a replacement. The content of the bottles is fine.

I bought two sets of this product They were leaking and very difficult to open. One of the conditioners was damaged and not usable. The smell won’t be for everyone.

I love the mild fragrance and simple product design. The bottles also have a nice soft touch which feels great, and you can't really see from the photos. Looks like the formulas are high-end so it's great value as well. I like the way my hair feels and looks after, and the subtle lather of the body wash. All in all, high quality understated products.

It is cheap and is in pretty packaging, but the soap absolutely sucks. Does not clean, reminds me of soap at the YMCA or public swimming pools. Do not buy.
