I love this stuff! I know a girl who swears by it and was skeptical, but now after 3 or 4 months of using it myself, I totally agree and can see its immediate value. Wow- I was so hesitant to try this supplement as I have tried soooo many things to help clear my hormonal acne. I am a 36 y/o female who has struggled with acne since I was 14. I came across the acne guru on IG and saw this supplement. I also saw the correlation between hormonal acne and eggs. For the last 3 months I have cut out eggs ( I already was dairy and gluten free) and started taking this supplement daily! My cystic acne has not flared up in the last 3 months!!!! At first I thought it was too good to be true but going on month 4 and skin is still clear!!!!!!!

Honestly, this is one of the most disappointing things I’ve ever had to write! I never write reviews but this felt like a moral obligation to share. This stuff really worked for me. After years of not having any success with multiple different kinds of acne treatment. However, I talk to my doctor about it and one dose of this is more than double the recommended amount of vitamin A. Vitamin A toxicity is very serious and can lead to a lot of side effects including long-term liver problems and bone weakness. As much as I like having clear skin, it’s not worth medical problems down the road. Please talk to your doctor before you take this. I’m certain they will say the same thing as mine did.

These Clearstem Mindbodyskin2 capsules are a reasonable size capsule. I have had no aftertaste or digestive issues since I started taking them. These capsules are full of vitamins. Vitamin A: 6100 mcg - 678% of Daily Value. Vitamin B12: 1.2 mcg - 50% of Daily Value. Pantothenic Acid: 225 mg. - 4500% of Daily Value. DIM: 160 mg. Proprietary Liver blend: 425 mg. Tumeric: 50 mg. Proprietary Digestive Blend: 18 mg. These capsules are manufactured in a GMP facility, are dye free, have no artificial colors, flavors or sweetness. They are also Keto Friendly, Gluten Free, Non GMO and Vegan. I do not see any statement on the label about this supplement having been third party tested. I am not much of a proprietary blend person. I prefer to know what is in a product before I will swallow it. If you are in need of a supplement this is well worth trying.
