I ordered multiple mannequins and one arrived without a baseplate but a quick message to the seller and they sent a replacement and shipment tracking information. Couldn't be happier with the product, looks great and no worries about it holding up to use.

I am disappointed because I had to return this mannequin. I really liked it but it kept leaning to one side despite a lot of work on my part to try to straighten it. I reached out but did not get any guidance to fix. So sorry I had to return it. I gave 3 stars because they accepted my return.

“Kim” loves picking flowers in her flowing dress. This mannequin, named after another famous mannequin looks beautiful. We did have to weight her down from the wind. Snapped right together, no problem.

I have bought these in the past and they were very easy to assemble. These ones however were messed up. The internal components that connect the torso to the legs were defective so it was impossible to pop the torso on to the legs. We tried everything but the knobs were not tall enough to lock into place. Nightmare and huge waste of time. I had to go back and forth with the vendor on a refund. I sent picture but it’s impossible to show something like this in a photo. They finally issued me a refund.
