They use aspartame in it!
The listing says it is sweetened with Isomalt. It is not. It has aspartame in it.

These have been a big help with my usual winter cough. My dentist recommended them for my dry mouth as they are sugar free and they do work. You have to work hard to just suck and not scrunch.
