Rubbish, doesn't stick to window for more than 5 mins, falls off before cat even had a chance to use it. Sending back for refund.

Our cat has been using your steps for two years now and they are in perfect condition. But after two years the suction cups have lost their shape, I could not find suitable replacement suction cups on sale and ordered new steps. And yet it is such a pity to throw away steps in perfect condition, please add the option to order replacement suction cups, please!

I have a 3kg kitten and this broke within 24 hours - it just broke when he was sleeping on it and fell. Even if it didn't break, i would not recommend it: the metal rods are not attached to the wood in any way, you just insert them from both sides and hope that they don't slip out. The stairs have way better suction cups but they still fell a couple of times even though my cat has 0 interest in it and has not touched it. I am now in the process of returning the product and getting a refund. Don't waste your time and money. I ordered it from New Zealand, if you were like myself also looking for a window cat hammock, I recommend Buddy & Belle Window Perch that you can get from Petstock instead.

So the 2 little steps, those stick just fine. Unfortunately, the actual shelf part for the cat to lay on will not. It starts detaching pretty much immediately. I can watch the suction cups pulling away from the glass before the cat gets anywhere near it. So that's a bummer. It was easy to put together, and a good size for my window, so that makes it even sadder that I can't use it.

our cats love this! the white support bars are super helpful for the stability against the window. cats seem comfortable with the hammock part and it looks nice in our living room. it can also collapse to be put away if needed. after ~8 months, our cats were playing on it and it broke but we got a new one and continue to love the product

So I had this installed for about an hour. My cat is 13 lbs and it seemed to be working great. The suction was great, and my cat was enjoying it. But then the wood split. I was really hopeful because it was made from wood so hopefully it would last, but I was extremely disappointed
