The Same as it's been for over 40 years. I pour a circle of it on my washcloth, then I wipe the water off my arms, legs & rest of my body & then I apply My Lotion to keep the moisture on my skin. I've done this for 40 years. My Skin is nice & Soft. My Lotion is Jergens, Almond/Cherry .
