It's an all beef dog topped with these little peppers, Vienna green relish which you can also get on Amazon), fresh tomato and chopped onions, a spear of kosher dill pickle, mustard and a tad of celery salt. Very popular in Chicago, for good reason. Like no dog you've ever had. NO ketchup please, let the fresh tomatoes do the trick. SO GOOD! Many recipes can be found online. Worth a try for a unique twist on your next BBQ. We like to bbq the dogs and lightly toast the buns. In Chicago they mostly steam them, but we prefer our western twist.
