Nice to put in soups and other things
I soak these peach raisins first, then boil them in a very slow oven and after that they are ready to be added to soups and deserts. The raisins are so good for the gut.

Good quality peach gum. Makes the cooking/prepping process much easier compared to the regular peach gum I used to buy from the Asian grocery store.

The quality is excellent, and cleaning was a breeze just soaking them removed most of the residue! They had a lovely taste; I cooked mine with coconut milk, added cinnamon and a sweetener, and the result was delicious!
