I bought for the green tea, I work nights 12 hour shifts. I take two after my lunch and these help me stay awake the rest of my shift. Since taking these, I have also stopped drinking energy drinks due to not needing them anymore. There's also no discomfort in the stomach like other pills that I've taken. I'm about to finish my first bottle but will take a break from these so my body doesn't become accustomed to the ingredients. I recommend these if you're looking for an energy boost, take these halfway through your day and you'll be good to go. The energy lasts about 6 hours, depending how active you were. So time it carefully so you don't stay awake past your bedtime.

If you're looking for a supplement with high caffeine content this might be for you! It has a whopping 225 mg which is more than an energy drink! Definitely do not take this if you're planing to drink an energy drink. Comes with 120 capsules so these will last quite awhile. Recommended to take in combination with exercise ! I don't think these alone are going to help you lose weight

I admit to feeling a little trepidation about these. There are a fair amount of warnings on the bottle. Clearly the caffeine-sensitive should avoid this like the plague. Also, if you drink a lot of energy drinks, maybe best to avoid. Guidance on the bottle cautions you to avoid caffeine while on it, which is probably good advice (that I have not followed). It's got some other stuff in it, but it's approximately 500+ mg of caffeine in the recommended 4 pills per day. Warnings about heart health and other stuff. The good news is, I have been checking my heart rate since I started taking this, and so far no concerns, my heart rate is the same, so I am not worried on that score. From what I can gather, these are intended to stimulate energy and reduce appetite, which, other than exercise, are the foundations of fat- and weight-loss. In any event, I am not displeased with these at all

My experience with this weight loss pills has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite following the recommended dosage, I saw little to no change in my weight. And pls pls pls dont take 2 pills on an empty stomach. These pills failed to deliver on the promised rapid weight loss.The side effects were more pronounced than any positive outcomes. I experienced jitteriness, headaches, and an upset stomach, to the point of wanting to go to ER which made the whole experience very very unpleasant. The marketing hypes up the effectiveness of these pills, but in reality, they fell far short of the promised results. It’s disheartening to invest time and money into a product that doesn’t live up. I would strongly advise against using this Weight Loss Pills. The lack of visible results, coupled with unpleasant side effects makes these pills an unsatisfactory choice. There are far more reliable and transparent weight loss solutions available that won’t leave you feeling deceived and frustrated. Save your money and explore alternative options that prioritize both your health and your wallet.

I take two of these in the AM, and I feel energized and motivated, and focused. I find it easier to only eat my goal-sized meals without going over, or wanting snacks. I do not drink coffee, but this product does make me feel slightly jittery initially. Then, sort of smooths into a continuum of metabolism whoosh. It contains several ingredients for energizing. I was surprised to see that the BIG jar is only about half full of capsules. But, it contains the listed amount of 120 capsules. (60 servings). The bottle may be so large because there is A LOT of printed information on the label that needed to fit, (and it is in VERY TINY print). Well, it seems to be helping me with my goals.

I had been on semaglutide injections, but the cost wasn't in my budget. My doctor searched and found this alternative. It has definitely helped to curb my hunger. I haven't taken a full bottle yet so I will write more when I have taken at least one or two bottles.

I've been taking these for a week now and I am starting to feel a slight difference. The pills themselves are a little larger than I was expecting but nothing crazy. The added boast each day has helped in the gym some I feel. There is a strange smell which isn't off putting but is there. Not sure if that's the packaging or if something else however.
