Metamucil, 4-in-1 Fiber with Real Sugar, Orange Flavor, 55oz, 3.44 Pound (Pack of 2)

As an older guy who needs to keep things smooth and running internally, Metamucil is my 'go to' fiber supplement. And while not cheap these large containers are as cost-effective as possible. The small amount of "real sugar" (as is noted) helps the medicine go down. The pair of containers lasts a long time, and I often find Amazon's price is better than a grocery store cost and far better than most phaarmacy prices. The taste is neutral-to-pleasant (I use it in filtered water). I highly receommend.

Outrageously expensive, but it works. So I take it every single day. Would love to see if other brands of psyllium also work, but I’m afraid to take the chance.
