Since installing these leak detectors they have saved me literally thousands of dollars worth of damage. One u it which I installed by our water heater picked up a leak well before the water heater completely blew. I was able to shut the water off and replace the water heater all with zero damage to the house from a flooded basement. The second time was when the unit detected a leak coming through the basement wall from which was the result of our gutters being clogged and the water being diverted to the foundation. Again, I was able to control the leak and fix the problem all before any damage was done. I have since installed a leak detector in the following places, water heater, refrigerator ice maker, washing machine and ctwo basement sump pumps. These work great!

I bought these (along with the gateway) to place under/near various appliances for water leak detection. I added the app to my iPhone, then followed the easy step by step pairing routine. I tested the first sensor by placing it in a shallow layer of water in sink's bottom. It immediately starting alarming (could wake the dead) and my phone alerted me simultaneously. I will have 9 of these in play and the app allows for unique naming so that when you get alert, you know exactly which device has detected a leak. Excellent devices and they promise long battery life, which is nice considering some locations are difficult to reach (under fridge, dishwasher, etc.)

I have 15 of these leak detectors, under every sink and toilet in our house, as well as by our sump pump. Were easy to set up and saved us one time when we had a small leak from our kitchen sink. The only other times they have gone off was when my wife was cleaning and accidentally got water on them. They do work, and provide a loud siren sound and push notifications to our iPhones. The app displays their status and even the battery level of each detector. Small price to pay to have comfort that you can detect a leak before it becomes a major problem. Highly recommend.

Installed under kitchen & bathroom sinks (7), in laundry room (1), near water heaters (4), and under refrigerators (3). Within 1 week, a detector alarm went off by refrigerator. Sensitivity of device detected a small water leak in 1/4" water input line; the leak had been undetected and appeared to have been leaking for months. Could have been a mess if this line had burst! Setup and install was easy; units are functional and sturdy. Great value and APP is easy to use. Definitely worth the investment!!

These are very easy to install. User friendly. Connects to your WiFi easily. The quality and tone is great to notify you in case of a leak.

I bought these to sync to the GoveeLife Gateway. The first two synced very easily as described in the included instructions. The last 3 would not sync at all. I replaced the batteries and followed all the instructions given in the app and paper guide. I restarted my phone. I spent the better part of my Saturday morning scouring the Internet for ideas of what might help. Neither the app nor the paper booklet said to hold the button on the sensor until a red light flashes briefly. They each said hold for 3 seconds only. Turns out the last 3 required being held for 5-8 seconds and only then a red light flashed on the sensor. Synced immediately after that. And no customer support or even troubleshooting files available for weekend and after hours use. I doubt most people are installing these during business hours. Anyway, they seem to alarm appropriately when water is dripped on them, and the alarm would wake the dead...so we should hear them in the middle of the night. But there should be better details on syncing them. That's why I only gave them 4 stars.

Works as advertised. It detected a small leak coming from the kitchen sink. And I have it linked with Alexa to send a notification when that happens.

These are reasonably priced and works well. We had minor alerts from both dripping and puddling (separate sensors). The alerts were timely and the app interface is simple and effective. Highly recommend.

These are a must-have for peace of mind knowing you are instantly notified either by a LOUD audible alarm or notification on your phone should you spring I water leak. We initially ordered a six pack and then ordered more and have one under every sink, dishwasher, fridge, and water room for our hot water tank. Super easy to link and have tested each one and they work great.

These work perfectly with Google home to let me know if there's a leak detected at any of them. So far I haven't had it discover one, and I'm hoping I don't. Worth the money for the peace of mind

Have a number of these set up underneath sinks/toilets/water heater/condensate pump. They have caught very small leaks before they turned into big issues. Well worth the price.

These sensors are nice and small and with the wireless feature can be placed almost anywhere that you might have or get a leak. I have one around my basement drain, in between water lines in the trailers and the other under kitchen sink in trailer. The alarm is fantastic and loud so no chance of missing that. I did not opt for the app related ones as I just need to know when there is some water around
