Q: the LP4 is the only one that engraves on uncoated aluminum , correct? do you have plans to give it a trolley base like the LP2? hoping yes.

A1. The LP4 is not the only model that can engrave uncoated aluminium, the LP3 can as well. A2. At the moment we have no plans to adapt it to the trolley base because the LP4's Laser Unit is heavier than the LP2's and it can't maintain a good balance in trolley mode. We have developed Slide Extension + Rotary Extension for the LP4 to ensure it is fully functional.

Q: Does it work in curved surfaces?

Yes. Need to be used with LaserPecker Rotary Extension, you can engrave curved surfaces.

Q: Does the LP4 have the handheld mobility that the LP2 demonstrates? ie, can you pick it up and place it on a large surface?

LP4 has a handle for hand-held engraving. However, please note that since the LP4 Laser Unit combines dual laser sources, it is heavier and cannot be placed directly on the object for engraving like the LP2. You need to hold it with your hands, otherwise it will tip over.

Q: What length and width of a board can I engrave on a wood baord?

The package you are asking about includes Slide Extension and Rotary Extension. Using Slide Extension you can complete the maximum engraving area of 300*160mm (11.8*6.3inches) at one time.
