BioPerine, Black Pepper Fruit Extract - Promotes Nutrient Absorption* - 60 Tablets

Any other brand is hit and miss but this brand is by far the best and always consistent with quality!!!

I can't find these where I live. Seems to work fine to pair with my Tumeric. I have purchased several times. Small easy to swallow. Would continue to order.

Taste like pepper for cooking

I had been taking Curcumin capsules which contained Bioperine but switched to a bulk powder to get a better quality at a reduced price. Unfortunately, the bulk Curcumin didn't come with Bioperine (which greatly increases the bioavailability of Curcumin). I use Source Naturals Bioperine tablets along with my Curcumin. Bioperine is a great product and Source Naturals has a great price. Bioperine also enhances the absorbtion of other nutrients. A lot of people think plain black pepper will help achieve enhanced nutrient absorption. It won't. You need a purified extract of piperine to get the increased absorption.

I first noticed BioPerine in Jim Stoppani's supplements. I like his approach when it comes to bodybuilding supplements and the fact that he states what everything is, why it's there, and how much of it is in it. BioPerine helps to optimize absorption of vital nutrients from food and supplements. At this price it's definitely worth the benefits of taking it or even if it's just a placebo effect. I trust the research done on Black Pepper Extract and therefore won't pass this up in my daily vitamin stack.

I bought this thinking that if I used it, maybe some of my other supplements would be of even more benefit. I didn't notice a difference. But if they're right about it's power, then I should be receiving more nutrition from the foods I eat also. It is a hard thing to stop taking now that I am taking it. After all, who wants to cut their nutritional intake by any percentage? I'm not sure if I'll keep buying. I do feel that this is a quality product, I'm just not sure that it is doing anything for me. I suppose that I rather expected it to supercharge my other supplements.

I'm giving it five stars because I know it will work. I've only had it a short time. I'm trying to figure out the best time to use it as it gives me a burning sensation on a full stomached. I'm going to try it before meals and see how that goes. The burning doesn't last long so either way I will take it because I know it's helping the pain in my feet.

I haven’t noticed a difference. I have an autoimmune disease so I bought these hoping to strengthen my vitamins which I take A lot of. I still feel awful everyday.
