All the seed you need , out on cereal , in milkshakes sprinkled on salads perfect

I use this in making my own bread. I like the crunch and the flavour as well as the health benefits. I needed to add separately pumpkin seeds as these were absent from the mix. It probably works out cheaper being able to buy a larger amount than most supermarkets stock.

I will definitely order these seeds again .
