The media could not be loaded. Definitely can go up and down the stairs with it, it's just very loud and clunky.I don't like that the opening of the bag doesn't close or at least has a button or velcro for it so mine opens up a lot. The secure button to close the bag is very weak and that part is already ripping. One thing I do like is that I carry a lot of things and it makes the trolly heavy, but surprisingly, the trolly holds well as its standing and doesnt tip over with the weight. Apart from the bag cons, the bag is good and sturdy.Wheels are pretty cheap unfortunately. Everytime I go up the stairs, I don't know why but little pieces from the sides of the wheels start to rip and then as the wheels rotates, those pieces hit the metal and then make a really annoying (and embarrassing metal clicking noise). I just really hope that that wheels overall are slowly breaking down and then they won't work.This was the cheapest stair climber trolly I could find because for some reason the others are double this amount for whatever reason and this one is still pretty expensive in my opinion.Overall, does what I got it for so Im pleased, I'm just worried about the wear of the wheels over time

Absolutely love this cart. It was so easy to put together and easy to compact as well. Pretty sturdy and very lightweight, which I absolutely love! I used it to lug my laundry and it was an absolute life saver! Would recommend to people who are looking for a lightweight card to hold a moderate amount of things. I wouldn't put a ton of weight but think it holds a considerable amount of groceries for a quick trip to the supermarket.

This item is an absolute piece of crap. It doesn’t hold much and it won’t hold much weight. I’d say it holds maybe a single, small loaf of laundry. It doesn’t hold much in the way of groceries unless you pack it a certain way. The bag comes off too easily as it’s only held on to the dolly big a SINGLE piece of flimsy Velcro. Once you add weight, the bag continuously falls off the dolly. It doesn’t handle stairs well as the bag won’t stay attached to the dolly. It’s too late for me to return this piece of absolute trash so I’m just throwing it a dumpster so I don’t have to deal with it ever again. I have no idea how this thing has so many positive reviews, I couldn’t get a gallon of milk and two boxes of cereal from my car into my home without numerous problems.

My review of this is mixed. I found it useful because I am weak and live on the second floor. But it has some drawbacks. The cart is smaller than I expected. While that makes it easier to pull up the stairs, it requires more trips. It only holds one bag of groceries unless you take the groceries out of the bags and repack them in the cart directly. Then you can get the contents of two bags up the stairs in one trip.The second drawback is the wheel attachment. The wheels don’t seem very stable and have actually come loose a couple of times while I was using it. I was able to reattach it but with the cart full it was a difficulty.The third and last drawback is that I found it useless as a dolly When you remove the bag the base which is “the dolly “ is far too small to carry anything. Additionally, it tips over a lot when used that way. Either the package fell off or the dolly fell over.If I could change that decision now I would have gotten a larger sturdier cart.
