These alfalfa seeds sprout nicely and taste really good in salads or on sandwiches.

I keep the seeds in my refrigerator. They last a long time with a good rate of germination. So tasty to add to a sandwich or salad.

Sprouts great! So easy, it's becoming one of the kids' jobs to make sprouts each week. I'm guessing that the people who said these don't sprout for them at all are not soaking the seeds overnight first before starting the daily rinses. I made that mistake once when I was "multi-tasking" but easily resolved the issue by soaking the seeds 10 hours and then proceeding with the normal rinse.

These are amazing quality, so far almost all have sprouted. And it’s only been 2 days.

The seeds seemed to sprout well for me, I ate them on a peanut butter sandwich and they taste great. My only problem is the expiration date. I will have to sprout just about every week to use the bag before the best by date. I realize this is "best by" and not expiration, but who wants to eat anything less than the best quality they can get? I followed the instructions on the bag and soaked them Tuesday night. The jar was super full of sprouts Saturday morning and ready for lunch.

These sprout in 3-4 days and are a delicious topper to salads and sandwiches, loaded with nutrients. I soak the seeds in a sprout jar with cold water overnight, and rinse them by filling the jar with cold water every morning, shaking and swirling it gently and draining the water to keep the sprouts hydrated and rinsed before they are sprouted out and ready for the fridge.
