I made an excellent choice it made a first class curry.

Absolutely lovely spice mix. Mixed it with ghee and spread over whole chicken and cauliflower florets. Thumbs up from everyone!

Dropped a star because the tin was scratched. Makes very good curry's though. Plus the tin can be reused.

I recently purchased a soup maker and the korma spice takes my soup to the next level. Flavoursome, comforting with just a tad of spice. I will definitely be purchasing more! Highly recommend

I used this to make a mint lamb bhuna. Packaging is like a tin of paint and behaves the same, hard to prise open and difficult to reseal 😆. Spiced don’t smell very strong except for an aniseed smell which continued to flavour the sauce. I had to put garam masala to mask it but hubby still tasted it. He ate it but said he wouldn’t have it again. (Too bad it’s too expensive to waste.). I’ll (try) and use what I’ve bought but I wouldn’t buy again. Not a lot of product either. I think most of the cost is the posh packaging. I expected more spice for the price. I was tempted to give this two stars but the product itself was actually good quality.

Just what I was looking for! Supermarket didn’t have any madras at all. Very good quality, tastes great, cute tin. 10/10
