Item is good, Portable, with very less noise and speed is also good. But returned it because it was giving the air side ways, sweat was there in middle of my face.

Battery lasts 8 hours at least with full charge and continuous usage at top speed. Awesome product and worth the price tag

Not able to charge product, almost one month after purchase,as it's charging cable not able to connect due to some issues which I can not able to resolve & not getting charged the product,so product is useless only after almost 40 days of purchase,and not able to return backit for exchange,if possible try to replace my order with other piece.Hoping for positive response from seller on priority.

Value for money, does the job but it’s a little heavy

Good product it cool your neck in hot weather or when light are off . When the neck get cool and hot blood from other parts come to neck sweat comes. Foldable carryable and looks good when wearing also not heavy on neck to wear. Charging last for long.
