Smokable after grinding, helps me feel sleepy but can make dreams weird!
I actually smoke this to help me sleep. It helps a lot but can make some of my dreams a bit messed up. Lovely flavour and smells tasty so I imagine it would be nice as a tea as well.

Mainly taste the lavender which isn't my favorite but overall the tea was good
