The Bluetooth wasn’t working so seller sent a new on free of charge.

Terrible to install due to the lack of instructions, I’ve not even done the camera that comes with it because the unit alone was difficult. Doesn’t attach properly to the car so it’s loose. The sound quality isn’t the best, won’t connect to Wi-Fi so can’t use maps, it just uses the maps off your phone. Can’t make a call directly from it. The steering wheel buttons do work which is 1 of its few pros. The correct time and date won’t set, the sound is jolty. Saying to use features subscribe to premium subscription but won’t allow me to do so. Possibly will return.

The radio worked fine but stopped working after only 2 months. I contacted the seller and they refunded me straight away.

Everything was going smoothly other than my phone kept disconnecting from the unit. Eventually it stopped working and i am after a replacement or a refund please. I am unable to contact you
