I bought this meat grinder as a gift and gave it to my godmother, who lives far away. She was very happy with it, but it didn't last long. The meat grinder stopped working, and I can't return it because she lives in another country. What should I do? The meat grinder is expensive.

This is the first time I've experienced one of these machines, this product seems well made, and certainly did the job it was intended to do, I shall hopefully be making sausages for many years to come.

very good device and powerful. easy to use and clean

good mincer no problems with chunks of meat , but making sausages just did not work , the tube just keeps popping out of the round holder as soon as the meat hits it , I put it on one way then the other way round . what ever way I set it up it will not stay together . any pressure and it pops out ,

Appareil de qualité. J’ai pu faire des terrines maison ainsi que des steaks hachés maison. Je vais tester la saucisse car cet appareil est fourni avec pas mal d’accessoires.

Erstens würde ich es als solides Gerät loben, zweitens führe ich einen falschen Marketing-Schachzug an! Es geht um den Anschluss für Würstchen, der im Set fehlt (ich behaupte dasselbe auf dem Foto)! Ohne diesen Ring, der den zentralen „Spiral“-Schaft schützt, gibt es keine Arbeit! Große Öffnungen am Ring ermöglichen einen normalen Masse-/Fleischfluss! Aufgrund des Fehlens desselben nur 3 Sterne!
