High quality good stuff

This was actually recommended to me from a pharmacy tech in my town after I had recurring UTI's. I also had my gallbladder removed over a year ago and since starting this probiotic it has done wonders. No more UTI's and great for my stomach and digestion. This is a bit pricey but it works well for me and I will continue to buy as I have tried other brands such as cultrelle and they just didn't work as good as this one. I take this first thing in the morning because I feel like it works better for me on a empty stomach.

I take many supplements so that is important to me. This one is very very expensive and I'm not sure why. They say a good probiotic contains at least 25 billion CFUs per serving and this one contains exactly that. I have seen other probiotics that contain much more. However, if you read the fine print on the side of this bottle it says "Formulated with 50 billion CFU at the time of manufacture." Honestly, I don't understand that. So 50 to start with and then you end up with 25? Anyway, I got this particular one because it not only supports gut health but vaginal health as well. These capsules have no smell or taste to them and are easy to swallow. The expiration date on the bottle is far out with a date of more than a year and a half out.
