Really enjoyed the original version of this game so I decided to give this one a go. I feel like this one is easier if your not really a 'history buff' but you enjoy pop culture. It's easy to pick up on, and because you can play with a lot of people it makes it fun. And you learn a lot of facts as you play, so I would say it is a great time.

This game is wonderful for teaching children timelines! My 6th grade students loved it and had a great time! The cards are colorful with fun illustrations. Cards include current interests as well as classic topics. Some examples include Stranger Things, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Nintendo, Tomb Raider, Converse, Coca-Cola, Starbucks, StarTrek, etc.

I'm not into games but I can handle this one. It's ready to play right out of the box, no crazy instructions!

I was so excited when I first came across this. We loved the original Timeline game from Asmodee and Zygomatic. We have really wanted another set. Unfortunately, these cards are bigger than what I anticipated. We are still using them because it's nice to have some new ones. It's not a bad learning game for kids, because if it's something they don't know, you can help them. A real problem is some of the cards are kinda stupid. Walter White is a fictional character, who cares when he was born. They should have just made the card ask what year the first Breaking Bad episode aired. The original game had some stupid cards, but they were at least about real things. Also, they only come with 36 cards. They should have upped the price a little and made it more like 45. The travel packs have 55.

I feel that this game was a bit expensive for what you get. I use it as a class activity in my Pop Culture elective when I have a substitute. Some of the cards the kids can relate to, but some are hard and they have no idea who/what the cards are referring to.

Buen juego, educativo y entretenido Esta serie de juegos son ideales para jugar en familia o con amigos, pero también con niños en edad escolar, ya que la mecánica es muy simple y ayuda a aprender las fechas de algunos sucesos clave. Esta nueva edición tiene algunos temas del mundo moderno como tecnología, videojuegos, música y películas. Pero principalmente incorpora nuevas reglas para jugarse en modo cooperativo, de cualquier manera el modo tradicional (competitivo) sigue siendo genial. Las cartas son más grandes (56x87) que las versiones anteriores, y esta versión del juego esta en inglés por lo que si requiere que se tenga un conocimiento medio de ese idioma para entender las reglas y explicarlas y aunque hay muy poco texto en el juego es importante que la persona que tiene la carta entienda el enunciado que dice la misma especialmente en juegos competitivos, en el modo cooperativo basta que uno solo pueda traducir. El juego es muy divertido y accesible.
