I wear diapers mostly at night. Over the years I developed a fondness for the crinkly sound plastic pants make, so the extremely loud crinkle these pants have doesn't bother me. But when I say extreme, the crinkle is extreme like a thick trash bag. It's impossible to wear these without anyone hearing you unless you just don't care. I got the XL size since most of these kind of brands run small. I'm 5'7", roughly 185 lbs, 36-38" waist. Love: *Forward facing leg holes *Elastics are not too tight. *Good strength material *Elastics don't scratch my legs, since I don't move around much at night. *Price - 10 of these for the price is great for cheap plastic pants Cons: *Would these be the kind I ever wear anywhere out in town or on an airplane? ABSOLUTELY NOT HAHAHA! Waaaaay too loud. *Like a lot of plastic pants, these do not have a high waist so in order for the leg holes to cover 1/2" below the diaper on my legs, the waist ends up sitting halfway down the diaper landing zone and doesn't cover the top.

These pants are what I would call a throw away your money item!! I ordered plastic pants from Amazon before and they were.. top quality. Since my husband is ill, I needed to order again. I thought these were the same product, they looked like it, and there was nothing else similar, the price was the same as the ones I had ordered previously, so I took a chance. I already poked a hole in two pairs, they are hard and noisy as my husband sleeps at night. When you wash them the plastic some how, shrinks. They are of terrible quality! Do Not Buy!!

I purchased size medium which is the correct size according to the chart. These fit perfect for me, the elastics are just right, the pant has enough room for a cloth diaper with some room to spare. The pant seems to be made of EVA or PEVA and is a bit long in the bottom of the crotch, like they were designed for a woman, as their hips are higher I believe. This may be an advantage since I can pull the leg openings up to make the elastics higher and tighter on me. I agree they are loud when worn in the house, what I found surprising is that when worn under jeans to the store, I couldn't hear them rustling like I could at home. Home is quiet so they are easy to hear rustling, in the stores and outside there is a lot of white noise and they couldn't be heard under jeans. The only way they were heard is when I accidentally had some of the back pulled up above the top of my jeans, or when I was in the men's section of the store where it's real quiet, even then they were a bit hard to hear. I hand washed them with shampoo and the feel of them became nicer to the touch. I'm glad I made this purchase.

These plastic pants are hot, itchy, scratchy and uncomfortable to wear when moving around. They are also the loudest plastic pants (by far) that I have ever worn. Everyone within earshot will hear you coming. That is why I ordered more of them! Update: I thought that they wouldn’t be durable as they came in a package of nine. I have worn them here and there and am still on the first pair. Decided to see how well they could hold up so I got some exercise cutting the grass. They came through unscathed. Today I went and played 18 holes of disc golf in the sweltering heat. The course is fairly open so everyone could hear me coming! No rips or tears. Beginning to think these are awesome!!!

These waterproof plastic pants are made of thin hard plastic that is very noisy when you walk -- advertising that you are wearing incontinence clothing. I have used them several nights and they appear to keep my bedding dry, but they are very scratchy and uncomfortable to wear. They are stiff and you can barely tell which is the waist or leg opening. I have marked the front with black marker just so I know they are on correctly. You get what you pay for.

Other than the leg and waist band being a little scratchy, the product fits well and wears well. The underpant is a little noisy but that doesn't bother me.

I usually order an x-large but these diaper covers are so small that they will not go above my upper legs. Either the sizing info is totaly wrong or some one packed a small in a package labeled x-large.

Day four and so far, so good. No overnight leaking! They are a bit noisy/rustling but for nighttime it’s just fine. I can put up with some noise instead of washing moms sheets everyday. Plus they wash up really well. Air dried one and threw another in the dryer just to see the difference. There was none. Washed them both in hot water also. So for now, I’m giving them 4 stars. Gonna try them for a few more weeks and hopefully can come back and give 5 stars. *** I’m giving these briefs a five star. After using them for weeks I am well pleased! Hasn’t had an overnight leak since she started wearing them and the cost is great. I have purchased in the past briefs that were $20+ EACH and they did not hold up well in washer and dryer. These are still in perfect shape. (I have only used 2 briefs out of the pack so far. Washing and drying them daily) Finally…something I can rely on.

Rough hard plastic and fit very small. Great if you want to advertise what you are wearing 😉

The plastic on these is so thin, i expected one or two nights before they ripped. But i am into my third month, still on my first pair. They are very crinkly loud but they do last better than most budget pairs. Update: feb '24. Still on the first pair. Surprisingly robust considering how flimsy they feel. And no hardening or aging of the plastic. This pack might last the rest of my life!
