This table does wonders for the back. It's not difficult to assemble but may take an hour or more if done alone. It is good quality and sturdy. This is a very nice inversion table. Be sure to read the 'how to' instructions before just jumping on and giving it a try. You'd be surprised how this stretches out the muscles in your body. I highly recommend this item.

We just received this in the mail a few days ago. This item was packed very well and all the pieces were very meticulously packed and labeled. We used assistance from YOUTUBE videos there is one video that was an installation guide and we found another review of a guy showing piece by piece how he assembled it. The guy that posted the video was most helpful. It was not extremely difficult, but you do have to go step by step. After assembling it, we found it to be a very durable well built product. I used it and my son with the back issues thought immediately he noticed an extreme relief from back pain. It has only been a few days but he is looking forward to using it for long term use. I would definitely recommend the purchase for the price you can't beat this well built piece of equipment.

I’ve been using this inversion table for about 10–12 days now, and I honestly can’t believe how much better my body feels. I have chronic back pain and a tilted hip, which has caused ongoing pain in my spine, neck, and shoulders. Before this, I had to do about 30 minutes of physiotherapy exercises every morning just to function with less pain—and even then, I still struggled daily. Since starting with this inversion table, everything feels like it’s coming back to center. My spine feels decompressed, my body feels more aligned, and my overall pain has decreased significantly. I now use it for just a few minutes, twice a day, and I feel better than I did even with my long physio routine. I’ve actually stopped doing my full morning physio because this has been so effective—and that alone has saved me so much time and energy. The relief has been noticeable and consistent, and I’m genuinely excited to see how my body responds after a few months of regular use. I plan to come back and update this review as I continue. If you’re dealing with chronic pain, spinal compression, or alignment issues, this has been an incredible addition to my daily routine. So grateful I found it.

Solid build. Easy to assemble. Using it 2X daily for about 2 minutes is relieving lower back pain.

Overall really good and sturdy. Hardware is cheap, but gets the job done

Opened the box it was shipped in. I obviously received a item that was returned by another customer. The blister package that houses the screws & fittings was already opened by someone who had bought this item before & put together in a plastic bag all jumbled up. It is hard for me to match the fittings with the item numbers on the chart which itself had been ripped. How the item is sold including the assembly instructions IS PART OF THE PRODUCt. At a minimum Innova should put a new blister pack with the fittings (while re-selling a returned item) so that customer can identify the items properly against the instructions.

So easy to use and it loosens up my back nicely. Easy to assemble and store since it folds flat.
