Excellent, best grate I have found.
Simply fantastic. Excellent quality. I turned the grate upside-down so that I could adjust the angle like an elbow, and so that it would form a natural "lip" to prevent me from losing food to the "fire tax" that happens whenever I fumble with my BBQ tongs. 😋 Works like a charm! The only "issue" I run into (if you can call it that) is that when I'm adjusting the height to raise the grate I have to be careful not to detach the top half of the pole from the base. I haven't dropped anything yet, and there appears to be a little hole where I could presumably attach a screw to tighten the two segments of the pole together, but I'm not sure what type of screw I should use there. Not really a big deal though, it's working "grate"! 😋

Practical
This was worth the buy for a camping trip where there was no grill but only a fire pit. Cooked many meals on it and was easy to clean and set up. Saw some reviews about poor welding but time will tell how this will hold up. The carrying bag is a plus only wish it had a small inner pocket for the rod and handle so it’s not rattling around the bag with the grill. Even with the nut to tighten, it still does spin around on the joint with the other pole. If you don't want it to spin easily the rods would somehow have to be secured. The nut only secure the grill from going op or down. Does get hot when near the fire for a long time.

CHEAP METAL!
The concept of this product is good, but the execution is terrible. This grill comes in 4 pieces, the grill, the horizontal arm that goes on the grill, a vertical pole/rod the grill arm goes onto, and the vertical pole that goes into the ground. The grill plate itself seems very good, for the 1 time I was able to use it. The problem is with the 2 vertical poles/rods. They are made of very cheap and weak metal. The rod going into the ground got deformed and "mushroomed" the first time I hammered it into the ground, making it almost impossible to get the second vertical rod onto it. I was able to get it on, but then while I was cooking, the vertical rod that the grill arm attaches to expanded so much that I was unable to slide the grill up and down like intended. The grill was stuck at one level and could not get disassembled until it fully cooled.

Take a pair of vise grips or a wrench
I reall liked the convenience of the grill and it was easy to assemble. I guess it All revolves around the little adjustment knob which is plastic. Mine got warm and started to melt. When I wanted to adjust the height it fell off into my hand. I needed to use a wrench to make my adjustment

Excellent
This is very heavy duty, and truly built to last. It was very simple to set up, and to use too. My food items fit well, and I use it when I do BBQ or when I want stuff to taste great on the outside fire.

Travel size, sturdy, durable & easy set up
I like how small it is to pack and travel with. It was really easy to set up. The metal is sturdy and didn’t melt while using over the fire. I love that it can swivel so when you’re not using it you can swing it away from the fire. Great for camping.
