I use this on a pretty regular basis works great however, the heat setting for under the ice needs a lot to be desired. Overall, the unit is great. Would buy it again. Works great with exfoliating face wash the skin feeling very smooth and refreshed. Great delivery time.

Although it’s built for her, the nonslip coating makes it easily manageable for my clumsy, calloused, man mitts and sausage fingers. I’ve used it for every shower since it was given to me by that special woman in my life. Well, actually it was sometime later when she found it still in its box. Loud sounds came from her mouth about not appreciating something or other but like usual it sounded like Charlie Brown’s teacher after that. Still, I knew I had to act. The fact I could extract it from its package without power tools gave me pause, at first. Then I used it, as per, so I don’t have to hear the yapping’ again. But, as on rare occasion, this little face scrubby vibrating puck appeared to be of use north of the usual for such a delicate item. The battery life of this rechargeable thing is second to none. It must run on witchcraft, pixie dust or zero point energy gathered from the aether. Don’t fret, I have yet to see any objects moving around on their own, no voices, and still can’t pee standing up. Discovering this item is about as game changing as adding a tongue scraper to your hygiene regime. Skin is so smooth, eye bags are back in the closet where they belong, and pours shrunken…nearly invisible, so she tells me. I use the soft back to stimulate drainage and flow of lymphatic glands from the sinus and neck which I became worried about because of age. So, guys if you have to get one of these you’re mostly ok. You can get the dust from the shop out of our nose and relieve any soreness from your neck after the bull ride at the local rodeo. Also, that special woman has been a little more frisky. In short, mostly upsides. IDK, I’m just a dumb man, take the advice or leave it.

First, I will say that I was really impressed with how clean and smooth my face felt after using this- without being harsh on it. I only gave it 3 stars thought because I chose this particular brand/model for the heated tip and the vibration settings. I find the heat to be barely perceivable and I wish the vibration was stronger

Great little tool. Easy to use. Gentle on skin. Works fantastic my dry somewhat "rough" forehead skin that's usually awkward to exfoliate. Multiple settings for different skin textures. It even has a heated area at the top on back of tool that you can use by selecting the eye protector. Suggested for relaxing eye area, it's warm but not hot. I used with a non foaming gel cleanser. Extremely happy with purchase. The charging port is in the back there's no visible actual hole just a little Dot that the silicone skin moves when you insert the charging point of charger and when you remove the charger the skin pops back out to cover the area again. Just thought I'd mention that because I was looking for an actual hole or port. Just received it, I will update if any issues come up but so far I'm very pleased with all functions.

Update 4/1/25: Wow! These guys are relentless! After my update a few days ago, I've received almost DAILY emails from them with some blah blah that doesn't apply about how they've forwarded my complaints to their QA department. They clearly haven't read my review or comments at all, and now the gift card offer to remove my review is up to $20! The emails come from a different adress every time, so I can't even block their SPAM now... though now I'm curious how high they'll go on their offer... STAY AWAY (or buy one, leave a negative review, then take their gift card offer and get it essentially free??) Updated 3/26/25: I originally rated the item 3 stars, deducting 2 for the useless heat function. Although I continue to use and enjoy the product otherwise, I just received an email offering me a $10 gift card for removing my review... I have deducted an additional 2 stars for the dishonest practice AND to try to counteract what I'm assuming is an inflated average due to "bad" reviews that were removed for payment. Original review: Quick summary: this is a great facial cleaning brush, as long as you don't expect to be using the heat function.... TLDR: I got this little guy as a "test" before shelling out the big bucks for a luna. Never having used an ultrasonic brush like this, I immediately fell in love! The vibrations FEEL great and relaxing, cleansers foam up beautifully, and my face did feel considerably cleaner and more radiant. I was so happy with it, I decided to splurge for the luna 4. Lo and behold, I like this guy more! the bristles feel better, it's easier to hold, and easier to maneuver around my face (especially nose area). Why 3 stars instead of 5 then? A deceptive "heating" function. After trying to get the heating function to work several times (assuming the "5 second" heat claim on the listing was accurate), I reached out to the manufacturer. Whelp - turns out it takes 60-90 seconds to warm up! not 5! And since it only warms up on the "eye protection" mode which is basically an intermittent vibration, and kind of useless in my opinion - that means that to get the benefits of the heat, you have to sit there holding the thing for over a minute before it becomes useful at all. You can't even set it down during that time because it'll vibrate right off of anything you set it on. Well - the price point is such that I'm still happy with it without the heat, but I can't give 5 stars to a product that deceptively advertises an essentially useless feature.
