Good product but shoddy delivery
The product was good, but the delivery process was shoddy. Firstly it was not delivered on the promised date. Then the delivery agent didn't deliver at the given address. Instead asked the item to be collected from his place of choosing. Hence the 2 stars, for the shoddy delivery
