Rancid taste
Yet to see the benefits. But got it today and it tastes horrendous! Like bile when youre sick! Mixed with juice and could still taste it. If it helps like it says it should... ill stick it out but my oh my for something thats not meant to have taste.......

Effective product easy to take
Dissoves quickly. Usually have it in some fruit juice. Seems to promote energy as expected added weight loss benefit.
