The media could not be loaded. The part was very easily installed no problems no problems with ordering the right part through Amazon and I’m thrilled this Hoover vacuum cleaner is one of the best vacuums I’ve ever had and it has gone Through five dogs. Broke on 3rd use
It only lasted for 2 uses. I use the vacuum only about once a month. I went to grab the vacuum for the 3rd use and the handle broke off in my hand.

Broke at first use
Vacuum one room after installed and it broke . This is defectively. Designed. Hoover needs to fix it. See others online that have the handle break on them!!!
