This is so great for adding soy sauce taste without adding extra liquid, like for sautéing mushrooms or adding that extra depth of flavor to your dishes without overdoing it. This is the first time I have ever used Soy Sauce Powder but will not be the last. I'm definitely a convert!

As a vegetarian looking for ways to make meat substitutes, I thought it would be interesting to try this product. The taste is great. Hope I don't learn something negative later about it's manufacturing.

Worked for preparing freeze dried and dehydrated ready to go meals. Jar is small but don't need much for recipes.

I was doing a dinner based on Chinese cuisine. Bought this to accent some of the dishes. Taste like soy, was a nice light powder and was exactly what I was hoping it would be. Just don’t spill your drink it it!
