Absolutely Life Changing!!
If you know what you are getting, the Apollo Neuro is amazing! The results are truly life changing. Because of my Apollo Neuro, my sleep quality has improved a lot and my HRV has improved to "balanced" vs "unbalanced" and to a healthy number. My son got one before me directly from Apollo Neuro and my best friend bought one after I told her how much I love mine. We have all found them to be incredibly helpful!! I'm going to get one for both my daughter who's in vet school, and my other son, soon. I rarely need caffeine because of the Energy setting. The Focus vibes really help wake you up in the morning and keep you alert and focused throughout the day. When I traveled to Vietnam, I used the Recover setting on the flights to keep my body feeling good and counteract the effects of such long flights and travel time. It was very effective! The changes are definitely not just in my mind, either. Recently, I accidentally had mine set to "stay asleep" during the day but I had no idea I did. I starting getting so absolutely sleepy that I had to take a nap. When I went in to turn it on "Power Nap" setting, I noticed that "stay asleep" had been running. It certainly worked! Lol My son and I both recently bought the option subscription from Apollo Neuro and it is definitely worth the money, as well! Neither of us can believe how helpful it is since it just plays the vibes you need when you need them. The app could be better but mainly because of the fact that it is designed to disconnect from the Apollo unit when you are not in the app. The struggle is that you have to wait some seconds for it to reconnect when you get into the app to change the vibe that is playing sometimes you have to get out and get back in to get it to connect. It's because Apollo is trying to minimize your exposure to electromagnetic radiation, because even Bluetooth can disrupt sleep. In other words, it's designed that way for our own good! If you have the optional subscription, it will run vibes through the day based on your going to bedtime and wake up time that you have set, which basically eliminates the need to even get into the app throughout the day. The unit charges very quickly and it's results are very accurate! If you get an Apollo Neuro and don't get bent out of shape over the app not always connecting right away, you will be very glad you invested in this unit and had a little patience!! I recommend reading more about it on Apollo Neuro's website.

Worked fine for 2 months, but now makes annoying rattle noise
The device worked great for 2 months helping with anxiety, and sleep. However after only 2 months it now makes an annoying rattle noise whenever the vibration occurs, for no known reason. For the price I expected this to last much longer. I’m extremely disappointed.

Apollo Neuro Wearable Review – A Game Changer for Nervous System Regulation
As a busy entrepreneur, health practitioner, and mom navigating a lot of stress and responsibility, I’m always looking for tools that truly help regulate the nervous system without adding more to my already full plate. That’s why I tried the Apollo Neuro, and honestly, I’m impressed. It is hands down my favorite device I own. This wearable delivers gentle, soothing vibrations that speak directly to the nervous system, helping to shift you out of fight-or-flight mode and into a state of calm, clarity, and focus. It’s designed to work with your body’s natural rhythms, not against them—and you can feel the difference. What I love most is how easy it is to use. I just strap it to my wrist or ankle, pick a setting in the app (like "Clear and Focused" or "Unwind and Recover"), and let it go to work. Whether I'm in between appointments, winding down before bed, or helping my son through a tough moment, Apollo helps me stay grounded so I can show up better. Key Benefits I’ve Noticed: Increased calm during stressful situations Better focus during the workday More restful sleep, especially when using the “Relax and Unwind” setting before bed Subtle, non-invasive support that feels like a quiet ally rather than another device to manage I love recommending tools that help support healing from the inside out—and this is one of them. If you’re someone who deals with anxiety, overwhelm, sleep issues, or even just needs help transitioning between tasks or energy states, the Apollo Neuro is definitely worth checking out.

Helps with grounding
I've been wearing this for a few weeks, and overall I think it's having a positive effect. The vibrations help me stay grounded and focused during stressful situations, and I do think my anxiety levels have improved some. It's also been a little easier to get to sleep, although I don't think its sleep tracking feature is very accurate. The amount of sleep I'm getting hasn't changed much, but I haven't had it for very long, so this may improve over time. Falling asleep is the hardest part for me though, so the relatively quick improvement in that area is nice. I also like that you can set schedules or use smart vibes so you don't have to remember to manually start it every time. Downsides are that it's kind of bulky and sometimes uncomfortable, but to be fair, I haven't seen any other similar devices that aren't just as bulky, if not bigger. This one at least has a clip that I can attach to my bra to keep it invisible and out of the way. The app also seems to struggle much more than I would expect for a product that costs as much as this. It has to reconnect every time I open the app (even if it just reconnected mere seconds ago), and the searching process can take a long time. It's also another $99/year to get the full benefits from the app, which is hard to justify when you've already spent so much on the device itself. I plan to keep wearing it for a while to see how things go, but it does seem to be helping so far!

5 Days after wearing
I have been wanting to try a vagus nerve device for quite some time, and I recently purchased the black Apollo Wearable device. I have been wearing it for about a week now and have a list of pros and cons. PROS: Super simple to get up and operating. I was wearing it by the evening I received it, and it only took me that long because I was busy. The app is simple to navigate as well. There are pre-programmed “Vibes” that you can adjust to your preferences, and the descriptions make it really easy to know the best vibe to choose for your needs. For instance, the “Energy” Vibe says it's good when “seeking espresso”, so I have been using that about an hour after lunch as I head back to work. I noticed sleep improved on the first night, and, in my opinion, I am more rested in the morning and I am not waking up as much during the night. I also noticed a decrease in my typical anxiety levels from the second day and am learning how to use it at work and in situations where my anxiety may be increased. You can create an automated schedule of vibes for days and times, so as long as you are wearing the device, you really don’t have to think about it once you button up your individualized schedule. You can restart the last Vibe you used by pushing the buttons on the unit, so I find it discreet when heading into meetings or having conversations with clients, which is great for breakout anxiety. CONS: (And none of these make me not want to own the unit): The slide toggle to increase or decrease intensity on the program vibes is hyper sensitive, and hard to set, in my opinion. I do wish that was configured a bit differently. It really needs a longer band for the ankle, but I did just see that you can purchase bands on the site, so if you plan to wear it on your ankle ever, it would be good to order a second, larger one to fit. (It comes with a band that works well on my wrist.) I think the biggest con for me is that it is bulky on the wrist, which makes it hard to wear when you are using a mouse or typing. For instance, I had to take it off to write this review because it was hooking on the edge of my laptop when it was on my wrist. There are options to wear it on other areas of the body though, such as the ankle, and it comes with a clip to wear on your shirt or bra strap. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase and am beginning to track data on how this device may support improved my blood glucose levels with continued use. Would definitely recommend it.

Does not work properly and their customer service is a nightmare!
I was REALLY looking forward to using this as I have sleep issues. I could not get this to work properly. Every time I tried to restart it in the middle of the night, it would not go on. Customer service (which took me MANY times to get hold of) said I had it set too high. It was set at 20%. They were no help at all. The band came too large for my wrist. Of course, they have ALL sorts of accessories you can buy at an expensive price to make it more comfortable. Also, if you want to use it to its fullest you have to have a subscription which is also expensive. I just boxed it up and sent it back. Update: Dr. Dave Rabin contacted me himself asking about my poor review. I explained to him that the unit did not work properly and that I could not get any help at all from his customer service department. I was also disappointed that you have to have a subscription on a unit that should do what it says it does. Why does the unit not work as explained and why do I need a subscription for it to do what it is advertised for? Dr. Rabin offered for me to buy a new unit and he would give me a year subscription free to try it again. My only issue, after that year I would have to get another costly subscription to have the unit work properly and not as advertised. It was nice that Dr. Rabin wanted to know my honest opinion, but I still feel I shouldn’t have to pay for a subscription to get the unit to do what it should. I do not understand why the unit wouldn’t just work as it states in the description.

Works for me but could be placebo
I used to use the Apollo neuro throughout the whole day to help with sleep, energy in the morning, and stress relief during the afternoon. Now I only use it for sleep and for early morning energy. For sleep I think it works for me. I turn on while trying to sleep and keep it on as I sleep. I believe it helps me fall asleep faster and I think I get deeper sleep when I have it on but it could all be placebo. I set it to energy mode as soon as I wake up to help me feel energized in the morning. For early morning energy I really don’t know if it works or not. I use a 10,000 lux light box as soon as I wake up and I think that is what does most of the heavy lifting but the Apollo neuro could be helping as well, I’m not so sure. Regardless I mainly got it for sleep and I think it works well for that, placebo or not

Not worth it!
Horrible! Turns off on its own, primarily within 10 minutes, battery is pathetic, lasts at most 1-2hrs. You can't feel anything on the ankle and barely anything on the wrist unless intensity is at 60 or greater. Then they want you to upgrade your subscription to $100/year for other intensity options. Huh? Why? Do not spend any $$$ on this device.
