Smooth, Sturdy, Reliable
I recently took this carry on luggage with me on a ten day trip across Europe, averaging about two flights a day, and I have to say, this suitcase impressed me on every level. First off, the carry-on capacity is surprisingly spacious for a 20inch case. I was able to pack everything I needed without feeling cramped, and the internal layout made organization simple. The hard shell and aluminum frame gave me confidence that my belongings were protected, even when I had to check it under the plane multiple times—and after all that handling, the suitcase came back looking flawless, no scratches at all. Traveling with it was effortless thanks to the smooth-rolling spinner wheels with built-in springs. They really minimize vibrations and make navigating through airports and cobblestone streets much less of a hassle. The upgraded TSA lock is also a game-changer—easy to open with one button, secure, and sturdy enough to withstand the occasional rough handling. Design-wise, I love the sleek silver finish and the attention to durability with reinforced corners and a reinforced frame. Functionality is solid across the board: from the glide of the wheels to the zipperless opening, every feature feels well thought out. Considering the quality and durability, plus the included 3-year protection plan, this suitcase offers incredible value for money. If you’re looking for a carry-on that can handle rigorous travel while staying stylish and reliable, this one really delivers. It made my hectic European trip much more manageable and stress-free.

Best luggage I've ever purchased.
The best luggage I've ever purchased at any price. Love all the pockets inside, the quality of the internal fabric is better than any luggage I've tested (8 sets from Beis, NOBL, Samsonite and others - wife is VERY picky). Rolls so smooth, very well built, opens and closes perfectly and easily. Weighed 12.67 lbs empty, same as my regular hardside Samsonite.

It was awesome until it wasn't. Don't lock it unless you have to!
I loved it until I couldn't get it open! I used this case for a few trips and loved it, then took it on a longer trip to Italy where we walked a couple of miles over sidewalks with broken places, on and off curbs, over cobbled streets and the wheels rolled easily and were durable. I loved the latches/no zippers. It was pretty (I had the blue one)! The handle was also durable, my (fairly heavy) backpack had a strap to connect it over the handle and it didn't cause a problem. It fit easily in the overhead of the plane. The one problem was the locks/latches, I set the locks and locked them before the flight home from Italy because I checked it for that flight, and when I got home I couldn't unlock it! I had set both locks with the same code, and I couldn't unlock either of them. I had only locked them once before to check to make sure the locks worked and they did, but after the flight they wouldn't unlock. I ended up having to open them with a hammer, which worked, but ruined them. So I'm sad, my pretty suitcase is a goner.

Top notch travel buddy
I packed for an oversea trip and used the large case for check-in. It held up the typical airport abuse well. But more so, it was the most organized trip out of a suitcase I ever had. I changed locations 4 times. Amazing compartment availability. Everything - clothes, shoes, toiletries - stayed where it needed to stay. It exactly matched the airline weight requirements. It’s easy to roll and handles well in rougher terrain. It is absolutely stunning to look at. Love my purchase!

Awesome for My Camera and Video Gear (Almost Perfect)
I have tried and own all kinds of brands, cases, bags, etc. for my video and camera gear. Including Pelican, ThinkTank, Tamrac, Tenba, Neewer, Lowepro, even converting a Samsonite for my purposes. Those are all great brands but I wanted something pretty specific and maybe Pelican finally listened to my suggestions but they are overpriced in my opinion. Regarding why this bag is almost perfect for my needs. First it has 4 sets of wheels to allow for easier transport from the studio to locations. Pelicans and ThinkTanks have two sets of wheels which adds to fatigue when transporting long distances to location. Next this bag is lightweight AND durable. The metal hinge was a requirement. And the locking clasps were also a requirement. As mentioned, I tried different brands and approaches. I find Pelicans overkill and end up being too heavy. Their AIR line is ok but overpriced. ThinkTanks are durable but also overpriced. My Samsonite conversion broke the hinge and zipper after a few months of use. It's been almost a year of daily use of this bag and all latches, hinges, and zippers are working well. And the thing that tops it off for my needs is the value. This is well priced. There is definitely a price hike for bags and cases designated as camera, photo, or video. So please keep these priced as a good value. Reasonably priced with good durability. I don't need to drive a truck over my cases. I don't even need to sit on or stand on my cases. But I do need them to last daily transport from studio to location. Plus, I need them to withstand being opened and closed dozens of times a day while on location. Feature design requests for my needs as a videographer/photographer but probably not for travelers. Can you make a photography/videographer line of cases? Can you make the medium suitcase just a little bit deeper? Maybe just 1-2 inches overall. Or rather than a 50/50 design where the lid is 50% and the bottom (side with the retractable handle) is 50%, can you make the lid 35% and the bottom 65% or thereabouts? This will help keep lenses, camera bodies, and larger items on the bottom side. Currently I put those on the lid side (left side) because the retractable handle takes some depth away. Not a huge deal but less convenient. Those are the heavier items and it makes the lid harder to lift. Plus shifting the ratio away from 50/50 makes storing longer lenses easier by having some medium length lenses also be stored vertically rather than horizontally. You don't want to go too long in one direction either or it ends up being wasted space. This is a big flaw with a lot of Pelican designs where they are too deep on one side and too shallow on the other side. Also, if you made the camera bag inserts and dividers that would be awesome! Currently I use inserts and dividers from other manufacturers and they are not a perfect fit. Thanks for making a great case! Also, honestly look into what it would take to compete in the camera/photo/video space. There are manufacturers with thriving businesses in that space but I think they are all lacking in some way. I should just make a video at some point.

Finally found my carry on…
I originally ordered a Solgaard carry on bag and felt for the price it felt small and cheap and the I ordered a KYME carry on and it was just to small. This carry on is so much nicer and the charcoal grey looks great and love the latches over a zipper.

Muy mala calidad, los cerrojos se vencen en menos de 5 viajes, los materiales son muy deficientes y además se rompen con extrema facilidad aún siendo una maleta de cabina

Excellent quality! Practical. A little on the heavy side but is worth it, is secure, easy to maneuver.

La pieza que se extiende para manipular la maleta esta muy endeble, esta muy floja, esperamos que aguante los viajes!
