I absolutely love this kit. It is definitely not for beginners and if you've done book nooks, this is quite a bit more detailed. But that is why I love it. While the instructions took a bit of getting used to, once I figured it out, it was pretty straight forward. I highly recommend several types of glue. EVERYTHING needs to be glued together. Elmers glue for paper type products, you definitely need super glue for the furniture because it has to dry fast. Also, I just discovered UV glue with the little UV light which was game changing for gluing the little beads and other parts together. I highly recommend that investment. Also, get multiple size tweezers, a nail file for filing off the wood once you punch it out of the frame. Don't plan to finish this in one sitting as is possible with one of the simpler book nooks I've done. But it is definitely rewarding and worth it. I thought the parts were well organized. All the beads are in separate bags and you have to be careful to get the right bead / part for each step. I would look at the number on the step then refer back to the original inventory page which then told you which bag to get the bead out of. You can compare the size/color based on that to make sure you get the right one. It's also all in centimeters which it doesn't explicitly state. So when I was cutting the wire I didn't get at first how long to cut it. But its usually 1:1 scale on the diagram, so you can line it up to know how long to cut the wire. Or some just say the number of centimeters, but if you're in the USA you might not realize that at first. Overall, if you are meticulously detailed, you will likely love this project as much as I do!

So I was recovering from surgery for two months and needed something to do.. I had found a few of these type of projects at my local craft store and loved them. So I ordered a few more to keep me busy. This particular one was definitely not for any type of beginner. I absolutely loved doing it, even though it took me about 4 days to complete. I am in love with how it turned out, which is amazing! However…. It does not come with the glue you need and no just any glue won’t work, and I was missing an essential page of stickers. The directions are not easy to follow, but you really can not beat the price. Some pieces break easy so quality is so so but put together it is beautiful. I had a lot of fun putting it together even if it was through clenched teeth and cuz words.

Amazing kit. Must be 500 or so parts. Lots of detail. I was surprised that all of the parts were there. The instructions are very good and complete once you get going into the constructions. The overall result is amazing with so much detail. The kit designers were very good. Everything worked. I am generally good at following instructions. I recommend following the instructions very very closely step by step. I would estimate I might have 30 to 40 hours in this kit. You will definitely need a very good set of tweezers, maybe a magnifying hood to see some of the detail, The glue recommended is essential. I used Beacon 3 in 1. (keep it covered between each gluing) I would buy it again

By far the worse book nook I have ever bought. Everything is just chucked into the box, no glue included , and the directions are not helpful at all. Material is cheap and splinters easily making it impossible to get square edges. The amount of glue that will be needed to complete this will be astronomical. Straight to the trash! Side note, I have made 10 book books. This is the first one that every single piece has to be glued together.

This is my first DIY Miniature House. I loved it. The detail is amazing. Difficulty level is manageable. Its frustrating at times but that's what makes it satisfying. All the little pieces coming together to create a whole is amazing. Little tiny beads and wire. It is the funniest thing I have ever done for sure. Its so amazing. Its so wild how they can create such a cool experience. A couple pieces broke but that's bc I wasn't carful enough. But even without those it's beautiful. The lighting is the hardest part to be honest. But even without it you could skip it and this mini house is amazing. Intricut detail and magical whimsy. All the little pieces come together to create a beautiful peice. That is very interesting to look at.
