Originally had an issue with black marks on two of the boards, but the seller reached out unprompted and proactively dealt with the situation by replacing the two panels. Very impressed with their excellent customer service. --- ORIGINAL REVIEW: Not had a chance to test the efficacy on the room sound yet, but the fact that there are black marks on two of the four white panels is pretty rubbish given the price. I wanted them to blend into the white walls of the studio rather than display the logo, to avoid the visual noise. Let’s hope they sound good at least, otherwise I shall be retuning them.
