The Rope

The halter is made from high quality, 1/4 inch (6mm) polyester yachting rope that is smooth, soft, durable, and responsive. Braided polyester is strong and wear resistant. It will stay truer to its original form for longer without fading, stretching, weakening or breaking.

The Difference

Cheaper halters are made from inferior rope, typically nylon or polypropylene. These ropes are sensitive to degradation and will become brittle and weak if left in the sun.
