Excellent pump for the portable AC units! Small, easy to install, does not make noise like other pumps, very quiet and works great.

Work perfectly. Easily to install and set up. Good water flow. So so very quiet which is great when it’s in the bedroom with people sleeping. We have them hooked up next to our interior mini split units. Had one issue with a float getting stuck the first winter and it not being used. However, filled it up with vinegar and let it soak, plugged it back in and it took off perfectly fine again. That’s a hard water issue not a product issue.

These are amazing and work great. I have higher set windows so the pump has to move the water up about 5ft to clear the window and make it outside and it does a great job! I even keep a bucket under the pump just because I am paranoid and they have stayed completely dry. And I'm moving 8-10 gallons of water in a 24hr period and I used to have to drain that into a bucket and empty it multiple times a day. It's super humid in the south in these hot wet summers. This little very inexpensive device and take so much headache out of my life!!!

Works well and is quiet. After about a month and a half the float was gummed up preventing it from operating resulting in water overflowing. Normally you can pop a cover off to access floats, but this one has to be flipped upside down and 4 screws removed from the bottom. Plan on using an algaecide tablet to keep it clean or make sure it's mounted somewhere that overflowing won't cause damage.

Great small pump for a mini split. Very quiet.

Broke after 6 months and almost soaked my room if it weren’t for the overflow pan I put under it.

Very simple to set up and super quiet, worked flawlessly for about a year, but eventually the water level sensor seemed to stop working properly. There's a small hole in the bottom for overflow and it can start very sneakily flooding, easy to miss until you find the puddle. I also haven't been able to figure out how to open the thing so it can be cleaned properly, which I suspect is the cause of the issue. Would give it 4 stars if it were possible to perform basic maintenance without breaking it.
